Extracted honey

The most popular honey in Bulgaria and most of the world is honey extracted from the honeycomb by centrifuging the cakes in a special centrifuge. Thus, the wicker can be used repeatedly, which reduces the cost of production and increases yields. Spinning the centrifuge honey comes out of the wax cells of the cake as a result of centrifugal forces, and then the wax is returned to the hive for reuse. In order not to tear the cake as a result of these centrifugal forces, it is reinforced in wire.
In order to enjoy really good quality centrifuged honey, it is important for the beekeeper to observe a particular technology, namely to use stainless steel wire and, if waxes are used, they are made of wax of organic and ecological origin, best of your own beehive.
