Description

This is bee honey from Sensato apiary, the beekeeper Ivan Georgiev is the leading engenieur, who designed the system, by which we monitor the development of bees. Honey extraction technology is by centrifugation. This is a late harvest field honey with a predominant content of field herbs and sunflower. As of 13.10.2019 the honey is in the initial phase of crystallization and is creamy. The taste is extremely pleasant and full of flavors without being too sweet. I recommend this field honey for daily consumption.

The apiary has 12 Dadan-Blat hives.
