Italian ivory honey for collectors

Description

Features: Saturated sweet taste mixed with pleasant bitter streak and aftertaste. Yellow-brown color in crystallized state. Crystallizes within a few hours after being removed from the cheeses and within a few days in the cakes themselves.

Saturated sweet taste mixed with pleasant bitter streak and aftertaste. Our test group approved 100% the taste of ivory honey, and some people preferred it to mountain honey from Bulgaria.
